Ulipsu, a leading ed-tech startup and multi-skill learning platform, has successfully concluded its Pre-Series A funding round, raising an impressive $5.7 million. The round, which commenced with an initial infusion of $3.2 million, witnessed strong participation from existing investors, as well as high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) from the Middle East and Canada.
Notably, the funding round also facilitated a secondary sale of $225K for the seed investors, further solidifying Ulipsu’s position in the market.
With this substantial investment, Ulipsu intends to accelerate its growth and expand its operations both domestically and globally. The company plans to diversify its product portfolio while continuing to offer its plug-and-play learning infrastructure, which equips schools with essential skills such as art and craft, language and communication, coding, artificial intelligence, finance, and entrepreneurship, among others.
Since its launch in 2022, Ulipsu has already made significant strides, with its platform being adopted by over 200 schools across India. Looking ahead, Ulipsu aims to onboard more than 1,000 schools nationwide by the end of the current academic year. In addition to its focus on the Indian market, Ulipsu is actively preparing for expansion into the Middle East, solidifying its global presence.
The funding received in this round will also enable Ulipsu to attract top talent to support its anticipated growth in the upcoming year. By combining financial resources with strategic acquisitions, Ulipsu is well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of its customers and make a lasting impact in the education technology sector.
